Is it possible to burn belly fats by doing sit-ups?

I want to start by answering the question stated in the heading; it is impossible to burn belly fats just by doing sit-ups. If you are looking for exercises that will save you from your belly, then you have to do cardio exercises

The presence of an imbalance belly size is an indication of deposition of fats in your waist region. In this situation, your organs would find it difficult living in an uncomfortable environment.

You can lose weight by doing exercises and dieting but most at times the weight loss first takes effect in your face or other parts of your body whereas the fats in stomach region are affected last.

To be sure whether you are doing exercises that burn fats, you can try the following method: find your maximum pulse by subtracting your age from 220. Exercises done between 60 % to 80 % of the obtained maximum pulse value can burn fats.

4.You should absolutely do leg movements. While doing leg movement exercises, the body secretes testosterone hormones. By so doing, muscle development is activated and stomach muscles are effectively supported.

5.Take healthy feeding principles to be your do or die. Avoid over-oiled meals. Do not adopt the ideology of losing weight by starving. Also avoid acidic food substances. It is not appropriate for people doing exercise to stay hungry and do intense dieting. Contrariwise, it is necessary to apply a stable nutrition to your exercising program.

1.Stop thinking you can reach this goal just by doing sit-ups.

2.Also stop thinking this issues can be solved solely by doing dieting. If you want to permanently lose weight, you should also give importance to keeping your body active by doing exercises.

3.Avoid miracle diet formulas, pills and cream.
