Was Bedeutet Haartransplantation / Haarübertragung?

Manche Männer leiden unter Haarausfall, ganz besonders an der Stirnfläche und dem oberen Kopfteil. Aber an dem Nackenteil sind die Haare immer beständig. Grund  dafür ist, dass diese Haare einfach nicht zum Ausfallen kodiert sind. Bei der Haartransplantation / Haarübertragung werden somit Haarwurzeln von diesen Stellen entnommen und durch Mikrokanäle an die freien Stellen übertragen.

Diese Haarrenovierung wird mit zwei Methoden – FUE und FUT – durchgeführt.
Bei der FUT Methode werden von der Nackenstelle bandförmige Teile entnommen. Da bei dieser Methode Einschnitte entstehen muss die Wunde zusammengenäht werden.

Anders ist es mit der FUE Methode. Hier werden die Haarwurzeln einzeln mit einem ganz feinen Gerät entnommen; es entstehen keine Einschnitte.

Auch bei den Herren kommt es auf schönen Haarwuchs an. Dass man wenig oder keine Haare auf dem Kopf hat, führt zwar nicht zu physikalischen Nachteilen, aber letztendlich kann es in unterschiedlichen Graden psychologisch störend sein.

Eine Haarübertragung, die von einem fachmännischen Plastikchirurgen durchgeführt wird, kann hier aushelfen. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass die Behandlung in einem Krankenhaus und von erfahrenen Personen durchgeführt wird. Sie sollten sich die erforderlichen Informationen von einem guten Fachmann einholen, der Ihnen keine leeren Hoffnungen gibt. Haartransplantation zeigt nicht bei jedem die selbe Wirkung. Es sind so einige Dinge von Bedeutung wie z.B. Haarfarbe, Haardichte, Haardicke, Haartyp.

Ursachen für Haarausfall / kahle Kopfstellen

Das ist hauptsächlich bei Männern zu sehen; Frauen leiden so gut wie gar nicht darunter.
Generell ist es genetisch Bedingt. Viele meinen, dass das von väterlicher Seite ruht, aber es kann auch von den Männern mütterlicher Seite herstammen. 

Fieberhafte Krankheiten, manche Medikanmente, Stress, Verbrauch von falschen Kosmetikartikeln, Schilddrüsenprobleme, hormonelle Störungen, Mangel an Proteinen, Eisen oder Zink können Ursache für Harausfall sein. 

Methods For Hair Transplant

There are two ways of hair transplant; FUT (Follicular Unit Transplant) and FUE  (Follicular Unit Extraction).

Both methods mean removal of follicular units from the back  but both have different ways.
I have made researches about both methods and I came to the conclusion that you should talk to a plastic surgeoen who knows both methods.

Even it looks like that the FUE procedure offers more advantages, the procedure for you might be the other as it depends on various things. Therefore you should discuss with an expert who can give special advise to you.  

Hair transplant with FUT Technique

With an instrument having a very fine needle a thin strip of 3 - 4 cm width and 20 – 25 cm length is removed from the scalp. The wound is closed with sutures that can be removed after 10 days.

If your surgeon was not an expert, it may happen that you get scars that might be visuable with short cut hair. But if you have chosen a good team, the FUT procedure can be realized with no signs at all.

I am sure that I will repeat myself several times but really it is important that you choose your surgeon very well. At the end it depends on him and his team that you will not have any scars on the back of your head; that the result looks very natural, that most of the removed tissue is used without getting lost.

Hair transplant with FUE Technique

FUE method means removing  the hair from the scalp one by one. 

With an instrument a small incision is made in the skin. This is not a 100 % free of sign method but at least there are no open wound requiring stiches. Only little white holes remain that can be covered after with longer hair. 

The harvesting is the same with both methods; recipient sites are created where the removed hair is transplanted one by one. The surgeon has to work very thoroughly to get a natural result.

And a short explanation about follicular unit; this is the piece of scalp hairs growing in group of  1 – 4 hairs. 

What Is Hair Transplant?

Some men suffer of hair loss; especially in the front and top of the head.
But the hair in the back is resistant. In a sipmle way it has not code for getting lost.
With hair transplant, these hairs from the back are removed and placed to the bold areas.

Hair restoration can be done with two methods: FUE and FUT. 

With FUT method, hair strips are removed from the back. This method may require stitches.

The FUE method is different; the hair is being removed in small groups (folliculars) with a special instrument; no stitches needed.

Men also care about good head cover, nice hair. There is no physical disadvantage if someone has no hair but it may cause psychological problems.

A hair transplant done by a plastic surgeon can be the solution. But it is very important that this is being done by an expert and in an hospital. You should collect the necessary information from an expert who is not giving you blind hope. 

And hair transplant is not showing the same effects and results with everyone. Things like hair color, hair density, hair thickness, type of hair are playing a big part of role.

Reason for hair loss / bold hair

Hair loss can be mainly seen by men; from time to time also women can suffer but this is very rare.
Generally the reason is genetic.  The main thinking is that if the father has hair loss, then the son will have the same problem. But the genetic reason can also come from the mother’s side.

Desease with fever, drugs, stress, using of false cosmetical articles, thyroid or hormone problems, lack on proteins, iron can be the reason for hair loss.
